Payment is done via PayPal and is priced in USD

I'll generally update on Bsky or my Discord bio if my comms are open or not

Do note that I am not a professional artist or illustrator, so don't expect crazzzyyyyy quality from me okayyyyyyy

Payment for Modlely's commissions is 100% upfront

By proceeding with full payment, you have automatically acknowledged and accepted Modlely's terms of service

Incorrect payment/add-on selection in the initial Ko-Fi request will be rectified with an extra invoice (or refund depending on the mistake) sent to the client

The estimated turnaround time will be ~1 days up to ~3 weeks (depending on the complexity of the request) once Modlely has started prioritised work on the client's commission. This can be subject to change due to any personal circumstances Modlely might face during the commission process. (Maximum turnaround time should be 3 months)

The final artwork(s) delivered to the client will be in the form of a digital file(s) containing a copy of the artwork(s) they have requested and paid for, and will be sent to them electronically through the email the client has provided to Modlely

Intellectual property rights are not transferred to the client during any part of the payment process or when receiving the final product

The client has the right to use the final product for personal as long as it is not used in a way that promotes hate, bigotry, targeted harassment or any form of discrimination against other people and groups. Commercial usage is not permitted

Any artwork delivered to the client during the commission process is not permitted to be used for AI Training/NFTs/anything GenAI related.

Cancellation/Refunds are not allowed unless if there is no guarantee that the client will be able to receive the artwork they have paid for - in this case, the client will receive a 100% refund issued from Modlely themself.

Modlely has the right to cancel a client's commission order at any time (this is generally for clients who are abusive, hostile or disrespectful or from a belief that the request cannot be sufficiently fulfilled)

Requested major changes or revisions AFTER the sketch phase has proceeded will either be denied or incur extra fees. Minor revisions to lineart and colouring phase are permitted.

Any information received by the client to fulfil the commission/for communication purposes will never be disclosed to any unauthorized person(s)

The client is not required to tip. Tips are non-refundable.
